I acknowledge and agree that a so-called pre-reservation (i.e., a non-binding reservation valid for 5 days) is not validly made until the seller confirms in writing or by email that the pre-reservation has been executed. A binding reservation requires an in-person meeting with the seller and the conclusion of a written reservation contract.
