The MOCCA Residence offers apartments in the high PREMIUM standard, which is synonymous with modern living.
High standard
The standard Premium includes branded materials from the world's leading manufacturers. The wooden and aluminium windows have triple glazing, offering perfect insulation both in summer and winter. Selected flats on the top floors have electric window blinds installed. All other apartments are prepared for the installation of electric window blinds. The wooden floors are three-layered; the floor and wall tiles are large-format in a modern design and several colours.
Convenience
The underground floors provide the owners with parking spaces, brick-built cellars, a stroller storage room, a workshop and a bicycle washing room. Some locations will be fitted out ready for the installation of an EV charging station. There will also be a spacious, multi-purpose exercise room freely available to all owners yoga and fitness.
Modern and economical living
All apartments are heated with hot-water underfloor heating and equipped with an air exchange system with central heat recovery. The apartments on the top floors are equipped with air-conditioning units.

This offer is available in three levels — SMART, designed primarily for investment apartments; LIVING, intended mainly for owner‑occupied homes; and EXCLUSIVE, representing the highest standard of interior equipment. Each category differs in materials, finishes, equipment, and, of course, price.
